Sustainability and innovation have become buzzwords in every industry, yet the shift from conversation to concrete action remains frustratingly slow. The urgency of our global challenges\u2014climate change, biodiversity loss, and plastic pollution\u2014demands more than awareness; it demands collaboration, creativity, and decisive action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is why we are thrilled to introduce Global Green Action Day – Collaborate. Innovate. Why Global Green Innovation Day?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our drive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Despite progress in sustainability, only 10% of the climate technologies needed to achieve net-zero have been deployed<\/a>. Biodiversity is declining at an alarming rate<\/a>, and plastic pollution continues to permeate ecosystems worldwide, posing significant threats to our planet\u2019s health and future<\/a>. Businesses, governments, and civil society must step up, doing more and doing better to overcome these pressing challenges and create a sustainable future for all. That\u2019s where our initiative, Why Global Green Innovation Day comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking place Spring 2025, and with online and on-site events on June 5, 2025, during the United Nations\u2019 World Environment Day, Global Green Action Day is not just an event\u2014it\u2019s a movement. Together, we\u2019ll equip organisations and individuals with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to turn bold ideas into impactful action.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
